You may choose to read from beginning to end or a-la-carte, depending on what suits your circumstances.

While this resource may be helpful to rely on after the fact, it is highly recommended to absorb this information even if you’re not actively experiencing alleged workplace discrimination. Preparing yourself by reading this resource ahead of time not only arms you with the knowledge to skillfully navigate these scenarios, it also prevents you from getting caught off guard if these situations happen to you.
