About

Stand with Asian American’s Workplace Justice Initiative was founded in the wake of the historic rise in anti-Asian hate crimes during the Pandemic. As we saw vulnerable Asian Americans spat on, beat up, killed in streets, we recognized that the hate crimes extend into the workplace and our institutions. To end anti-Asian hate, Asian Americans must be empowered to speak up without fears of retaliation and be fairly represented in positions of leadership. No longer do we accept being the workhorse, the worker caste – expected to keep our heads down, overdeliver, while receiving a fraction of what we deserve, while others get ahead.

Stand with Asian Americans is founded by Asian Americans just like you, who’ve faced a lifetime of discrimination from our childhood to our careers. In the aftermath of the Atlanta spa Shootings on March 16th, 2021, we’ve came together and said #Enough! Read our open letter released in WSJ that launched a movement.

Stand with Asian American’s Workplace Justice Initiative is graciously supported by passionate volunteers and donations. If you’d like to join the team visit our Get Involved page.
